This page is my public log for the 60-day One & Done journey. Starting from a $612.91 account, I take one options trade per day (SPY until the account reaches $2,000, then SPX), and record every detail here: times, prices, fees, P/L, and notes.

How to read this journal

Each row in the table below is one trading day from the same Google Sheet I use for my own tracking:

Starting Equity – account balance before the trade.
Ticker, direction & contracts – SPY (later SPX), call/put, and size.
Entry / Exit Time & Price – when I got in and out, to the minute.
Fees, Net P/L, End-of-Day Equity – after commissions and costs.
Notes – quick context or lesson for that day.
Video Link – YouTube recap recorded with Loom (when available).

I update the Google Sheet once per day after the session. This page refreshes automatically from that sheet.
