Tools I Use for One & Done Trading

These are the main tools and resources I rely on every morning before I take my One & Done trade. If you want to follow along or build your own version of this journey, start with these.

The Art of Naked Trading (Trading Decoded) – The price-action and mindset book that helped me simplify my whole approach.
TradingView – The charting platform I use every morning to mark SPY/QQQ levels and structure.

How to read this journal

Each row in the table below is one trading day from the same Google Sheet I use for my own tracking:

Starting Equity – account balance before the trade.
Ticker, direction & contracts – SPY (later SPX), call/put, and size.
Entry / Exit Time & Price – when I got in and out, to the minute.
Fees, Net P/L, End-of-Day Equity – after commissions and costs.
Notes – quick context or lesson for that day.
Video Link – YouTube recap recorded with Loom (when available).

I update the Google Sheet once per day after the session. This page refreshes automatically from that sheet.
